Place heaping tablespoons of the mixture in a hot skillet with some coconut oil and flatten with the spoon til patty shaped. Cook the burgers a few minutes on each side until lightly brown and firm in the middle. This recipe makes 9-10 medium sized veggie patties.
These burgers are tasty plain or can be eaten with gluten free whole grain wraps or even romane lettuce wraps. I usually make a big batch of these at a time and freeze the extra cooked veggie burgers for quick use later. I’m sure this great recipe will be a great addition to your healthy candida eliminating diet.
