Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray large cooking sheet pan with non-stick spray.
Clean carrots; julienne them and boil about 15 minutes. Drain.
Clean and prepare all veggies. Combine all veggies in a large mixing bowl.
In small bowl, combine all seasonings and mix. Sprinkle over the veggies and stir well.
Place on cooking pan, cover lightly with foil and bake 45 minutes.
