Suggest a better descriptionAdd onion / garlic to heated olive oil. Saute about 5 minutes. Add tomato paste ans red pepper flakes. Cook another 5-7 minutes. Add vodka. Add 1/4 cup boiling water from pasta pot to cream tlajd slowly add to sauce. Add more boiling water from pasta as needed. Add half parm and stir. Sprinkle remaining parm on top.
