In a bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, flour, and salt. Stir until smooth. Pour margarine in 9x13 pan. Pour batter over butter and bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serve immediately. Can sprinkle with cheese, cover in maple syrup, or spread with jam. Also good with fruit and cool whip.
