3. Spread potatoes in pie pan.
4. Mix onion, 2 tablespoons milk, salt, pepper and cream cheese. Spread over potatoes.
5. Arrange sausages spoke fashion over top.
6. Beat biscuit mix, 1/3 cup milk, and eggs with wire whip until smooth.
7. Pour around sausages.
8. Bake uncovered 350 convection 400 regular oven 25-30 minutes or until light brown and center is set.
