Suggest a better description1. In food processor, with shredding disk attached, shred Cheddar. Remove disk and attach knife blade.
2. To shredded cheese in food processor bowl, add pimientos and remaining ingredients; pulse just until mixture is blended and cheese is still slightly coarse.
3. Heat cheese mixture in microwave-safe serving dish in microwave oven on High 2 minutes or until cheese is mostly melted, stirring every 30 seconds.
