Suggest a better descriptionIn a food processorf or blender combine the cubed watermelon, lime juice, and sugar (work in batches if necessary). Cover and process or blend until smooth. Pour into three ice cube trays and freeze about 4 hours or until firm.
To serve, place about six watermelon ice cubes into each of eight 10-12 ounce glasses Top each serving with 1/2 cup ginger ale. Garnish with mint sprigs, lime slices, and/or watermelon wedges.
Let stand 5-10 minutes to soften the watermelone ice cubes. Serve with sturdy straws, swizzle sticks, or plastic forks to break up the cubes.
