Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350. Lightly toast pecans. Use an ungreased cookie sheet (can line with parchment paper, but not necessary). Cream butter & powdered sugar. When fluffy, add vanilla. Slowly add in flour. when fully blended, stir in pecans.
Form into small balls (they will spread just a little) (some recipes call for shaping them like crescents, it's up to you). bake until they have slight color (~15 - 18 min). roll in powdered sugar immediately. may need to roll them several times because the sugar will soak in.
