Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the oven to gas mark 4/180°C/fan 160°C. Put 12 silicone or paper bun cases into a bun tin.
Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into a mixing bowl. Add the low fat spread, sugar, unbeaten eggs and vanilla extract, then use a wooden spoon to vigorously beat the mixture together for 1–2 mins until smooth. Stir in the fruit.
Spoon the mixture into the bun cases. Transfer to the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 20–22 mins until risen and firm. Cool on a wire rack.
To decorate, beat the soft cheese with the sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Pipe or spoon the mixture on top of the buns and decorate with the raspberries.
