An easy rusk recipe
Mix the soft butter with sugar, milk and eggs. Mix flour, wheatbix, salt, and add to liquid mix until just combined. Scoop into oven pan and bake, at 180 for 30 min. Let cool and cut into small pieces and dry in oven.
