Once froth starts and stops, throw water and rinse with cold water in drainer. Leave for a few mins
Fry onion until golden brown, add beef cubes, keep stirring until water evaporates
Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, chicken broth spices. Leave until tomatoes produce water
Add beans, stir lightly and add lots of water to the rim and close pressure cooker
Leave for 30 mins
Once time is up, check doneness of beans and if hard keep for additional 15 mins
Add tomato paste and lemon squeeze and stir on heat and check spices
