Add broth, whisk until smooth. Heat over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Stir in sour cream and green chillies. DO NOT BOIL. potty over enchiladas and top with remaining cheese. Bake 22 min. Then under high broiler for another 3 min. To Brown cheese.
