White chocolate mousse
1. Melt the white chocolate until smooth for 3 mins in the microwave (stirring occasionally) or over a pan of water.
2. Whip the cream until stiff.
3. Stir in the melted chocolate.
4. Add the rum and the yogurt.
5. Mix until completely blended and pour into individual cups.
6. Chill for at least 3hrs before serving.
7. Sprinkle hot chocolate powder or sprinkle some chocolate curls on top.
Make sure it's set before you serve!
