Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place parchment in an 8x8 pan. Mix together the brown sugar and melted butter. Add egg and vanilla and mix. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Add the white chocolate chips and mix. Baking for 35-50 minutes. Wait to slice until completely cool.
Recipe can easily be doubled to fit a 13 x 9 pan
