Suggest a better descriptionTo prepare the pie pastry combine flour and 1/2 tsp salt in a medium bowl. Cut in the shortening until the mixture is crumbly. Mix the ice water and vinegar and add one tablespoon at a time to the flour mixture, stirring constantly. Shape dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes. Roll out dough and fit into a 9 inch pie plate. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. To prepare the filling, combine the eggs, condensed milk, liqueur, white chocolate, butter, vanilla, milk and salt int a bowl mix well stir in chopped pecans. Spread into pie shell. Garnish with pecan halves. Bake for 12 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
