Mix all the dry ingredients. Add the 3/4 cup cream all at once and stir in with a fork. If the dough is too soft, add a bit more flour. Sprinkle some of the spelt flour on top of the dough. Pat out 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick and cut into 6 biscuits. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until done and lightly browned.
