Suggest a better descriptionPour boiling water over dried mushrooms and soak overnight. Fry fresh mushrooms in butter and oil over high heat. Drain dehydrated mushrooms and reserve water. Add mushrooms to the pan. Cook a few minutes and stir in flour. Add reserved liquid. Stir until thickened. Add bouillon cube then cream. Season with salt and pepper.
