Simmer rice 45-60 minutes in water with salt.
Cool, fluff, and drain rice = 6 cups rice.
Add parsley, 1/4 cup green onion, ham
Saute mushrooms and remaining green onions in butter. Blend in flour, salt, seasonings. Add wine and milk. Stir until thickened.
Mix half source into rice mixture in a flat casserole.
Cook Broccoli and drain.
Place on top of rice.
Pour remaining white sauce over the top.
Bake 350 for 20-30 minutes uncovered.
May refrigerate 1 day ahead. Then bake 30 covered, 30 minutes uncovered
