Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the honey and Dijon mustard to make a dressing. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cooked rice and steamed vegetables, drizzle the honey-mustard dressing over the mixture and stir to evenly coat the vegetables and wild rice. Serve warm.
