Basic Rice
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Warm chicken broth in microwave
Melt butter in saute pan then add garlic and rice. Coat well, until garlic starts to brown.
Transfer to baking dish and add chicken broth. Cover and bake for 50 minutes.
Check rice, cook longer if needed.
