Suggest a better descriptionBrown meat in oil. Drain and stir in broth, herbs, and pepper. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for 1 hour. Stir in potatoes, beans, carrots, and celery. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Stir in beans, tomatoes, squash, and zucchini. Return to boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
