Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 450. Put 2 tsp. light olive oil in jelly roll pan. Place pan in oven to heat. Meanwhile, cut won ton wrappers diagonally in half to make triangles. Gently heat 1 Tbls. light olive oil mixed with 1 large minced clove. Do not let garlic take on any color or it will taste bitter. Strain out garlic. Remove jelly roll pan. Be sure oil has coated surface of pan, tipping pan, if necessary to coat evenly. Arrange 24 won ton triangles in a single layer on pan. Lightly brush with warm garlic oil. Sprinkle salt to taste. Generously sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and a mix of minced fresh herbs- basil, thyme, oregano and chives. Bake until edges are well browned, about 3-4 minutes. Transfer to cooling rack.
