Dog treats your animals will love
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in water.
In a large bowl combine the broth, powdered milk, margarine, honey, egg, and salt. Add yeast/water mixture and mix well.
Stir in flour, cornmeal, wheat germ and bulgar wheat 1/2 cup at a time mixing well in between.
Knead in the final amounts of the dry mixture by hand. Continue kneading for 4-5 minutes until dough is not sticky. Roll to 1/2 in thickness and cut into bones using a bone-shaped cookie cutter. Place on greased cookie sheet and let sit for 20 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
Cool.
These are very easy to make and you can freeze the cooked bones just fine until needed!
