Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place skillet with pan drippings or butter in oven to heat. Sift together flour and salt. Beat milk & eggs together. Stir in dry ingredients until incorporated. Carefully take hot pan out of oven. Place batter in pan & bake 15-20 minutes. Serve with roast beef & gravy.
