-Beat eggs, milk and salt together
-Make a well in the middle of the flour and pour in the milk mixture as you beat it.
-Beat until smooth
-Grease muffin pans around sides, then add butter to cover the bottoms.
-Put pan in oven for 2-3 minutes to melt the butter and get very hot.
-Add batter, 3/4 full
-Bake at 450° for 20 minutes.
-Turn oven off and leave them for 10 minutes, then remove them from pan.
