Heat corn syrup and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved and mixture is boiling. Add peanut butter, mix and bring the mixture to a second boil (let this boil for a few minutes to thicken). Pour the mixture over Fritos. Pour the chocolate on top of the peanut butter/corn syrup mix. The chips will melt from the heat of the peanut butter/corn syrup mixture. Spread the chocolate after it has melted.
