Zelené kari, flank steak, liči pak choi, jasmínová rýže
V hrnci na mírném ohni orestujeme na oleji kari pastu, až se pasta rozvoní, zalijeme kokosovým mlékem a povaríme cca 15 min. Mezitím osolíme a opepríme steak a na rozpálené pánvi si ho dle libosti ogrilujeme. Vypneme ohen pod kari a pridáme hráškové lusky, nakrájené pak choi a lici. Do misky vložíme kari se zeleninou a pridáme filírovaný steak, dozdobíme koriandrem, nasekaným chilli a kešu oríšky. Podáváme s jasmínovou rýží.
