Saute onion and pepper 8-10 minutes until lightly browned.
Add zucchini and garlic, plus 1 T water and saute for 10 minutes, until tender.
To the eggs add milks and 1/4 tsp salt. Mix well. Pour over vegetables.
Sprinkle cheeses on top. Bake for 45 minutes.
