Suggest a better descriptionBrown and drain sausage. Cook zucchini in 1 cup water. Reserve juice. Add butter. Beat egg. Combine all ingredients. Bake in 9x13 greased pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Top with 1 cup cheddar cheese before baking.
May use chicken breast instead of sausage for variation.
