In large bowl mix flour, zucchini, wheat germ, baking powder, salt and sugar; set aside. In small bowl mix milk, oil, and egg; stir into flour mixture just to blend. Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes.
