A blended hot milk that will bring on the ZZZZZ's at sleep time. Try to drink 30 minutes before you plan to fall asleep.

It was first presented at a cooking demonstration hosted by Green Building Supply.
Fill Toastess Steamer bottom with cold water to max line.
Pour milk into one or two bowls.
If two bowls, add another level to the steamer.
Put all the ingredients into the glass containers.
Put the glass containers into the steamer on the bottom of each level you are using.
Set for 20 minutes and steam.
Use Handle Mitlets to pull the bowl from the steamer and pour the milk into the blender jar. You may need to scrape some spice off the bottom of the bowl with a silicone spatula.
Blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
