Suggest a better descriptionFrom: mark@alexr.co.uk Date: Sun, 25 Feb 1996 00:00:24 GMT Crust: Mix and pat into bottom and Springform pan Bake at 350 for 10 mins. FILLING: Soften gelatin in small saucepan with 1/2 cup water. Stir egg yolks into 1/2 cup sugar. Add to gelatin mixture with lime juice and peel and cook over med. heat. stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles. Cool. Beat cheese in large bowl until light an fluffy. Slowly add gelatin mixture and blend well. Add food coloring and mix well. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add remaining 1/4 cup sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Fold into cheese mixture. Whip cream and fold into cheese mixture. Pour into crust and refrigerated several hours or overnight.
