Suggest a better descriptionIn a shallow bowl beat together eggs, orange juice concentrate, milk, pecans, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Dip bread into egg mixture, coating both sides. (Soak for 30 seconds on each side.) In a skillet melt 1 tablespoon butter and cook the bread on both sides over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Serve with butter, syrup, powdered sugar and sausage. This recipe yields 5 servings.
