Cranberry Sauce (Apple Cider and Cinnamon) Ingredients

1 bag (12 oz) Cranberries fresh1 whole Cinnamon stick
1 cup Apple Cider 1/8 cup Water
1 cup Sugar

Instructions for Cranberry Sauce (Apple Cider and Cinnamon)

Place apple cider and water over medium heat in a medium-sized saucepan. Add cinnamon stick and sugar and stir until dissolved. Bring to near-boiling. Add cranberries. Turn down heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until about one fourth of the cranberries are burst, approximately 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Chill at least 24 hours to allow flavors to blend.

Great recipe! Simple enough for a beginner (thanks!) and the taste is very different from canned sauce. Who knew? I'm making batches as Christmas presents.
