This is a simple, delicious cranberry sauce, perfect for turkey at Thanksgiving or Christmas. It's easy -- skip the store-bought sauce and make your own this year!
In a medium saucepan, add sugar and apple juice or apple cider. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Add washed cranberries and cinnamon stick. Stir gently until cranberries start to burst. When about half have burst, remove from heat and continue to gently stir occasionally. Remove cinnamon stick and chill.
