Teriyaki Steak Ingredients
1/4 cup
Soy sauce
2 tablespoon
Vegetable oil
20 ounce Unsweetened
pineapple
drain & save1/4 cup juice
2 cloves
Garlic
crushed
2 pounds Chuck
Steak
boneless
3 tblspoons
Cornstarch
1 teaspoon
Ginger
root finely grated
3 tablespoon Water
1 tablespoon
Sugar
3 cup
Rice
cooked
Instructions for Teriyaki Steak
Cut meat into 1/8 inch slices and place in a slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine soysauce, reserved pineapple juice, ginger root, sugar, oil and garlic. Pour sauce mixture over meat. Cover and cook on low 6 to7 hours. Turn control tohigh. Stir in pineapple. Combine cornstarchandwater in a small bowl; add to cooker.
Cook stirring until slightly thickened. Serve over rice.
If you pressure cook make sure there is enough liquid in pot.

Not quite what I was expecting, Mushrooms from 158726, 157526. Maybe needs the celery and green pepper Dianagab mentioned.
