4 Cheese Spinach Soup Ingredients

1 pound Spinach fresh1 cup Sour cream
1 quart Heavy cream 4 ct Green onion
2 can (16 oz) Cream of potato soup 1 quart Chicken Stock
8 ounces Cream cheese 4 ct Celery Stalks
1/2 cup sharp Cheddar cheese 2 tablespoon Salt
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon Pepper
8 ounces Feta cheese 1 tablespoon Garlic powder

Instructions for 4 Cheese Spinach Soup

Combine all ingredients (except Chicken stock) in a blender or food processor and puree for a minute or so. Then pour in to stock pot and stir in chicken stock. Heat to boiling, then reduce heat to simmer. Let simmer for 30 minutes. Stirring occassionally. Garnish with chedder or parmesan cheese.
