Beef Stroganoff Ingredients

2 1/2 pounds Stew meat 1/3 pound Mushrooms sliced
1 tablespoon Salt 1/3 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Garlic minced1 cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Noodles drained
1 1/2 cup Beef broth 1/2 tablespoon Pepper
3 tablespoons White wine

Instructions for Beef Stroganoff

Cut beef in strips or cubes. Coat w/ salt and pepper really well. Place in bottom of crockpot.
Mix garlic, Worcestershire, beef broth. Pour over meat. Cover and cook
on LOW for 6 to 8 Hours, until tender. Turn heat to HIGH, add 2 Tbls. wine and
mushrooms. Dissolve flour in small amount of water & add to meat mixture. Stir
to blend. Cook on HIGH for 15 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in sour
cream. Serve hot over noodles.

I prefer with beef bullion cubes, better taste. To substitute, use 1 large cube (which is for 2 cups of water).
