  • "Oh wow this is so good!! I made this tonight and it was a hit! I only made some minor changes. After the chicken was cooked through, I removed it from the pan and added a tbsp of butter to the remaining butter that the chicken was cooked in. I then whisked in 2T of flour before adding the cream and other ingredients (to make a thicker sauce.) I didn't have sun dried tomatoes, so I chopped up some fire roasted tomatoes and some fire roasted peppers and threw them in the sauce. Everything else remained as written.
