1 preheat oven to 275 degrees
2 In a food processor combine 15 oreos and the melted butter. Process until finely ground. Press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake 8-10 mins. Allow to cool.
3 Turn oven down to 250 degrees. Beat the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla, until well combined. Add sour cream, mix well. Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition.
4 Chop the remaining cookies, Stir 1 1/2 cups into the cream cheese mixture.
5 Pour the mixture over the prepared crust, sprinkle the remaining crushed cookies on top.
6. Bake in a water bath for 1.5 hours or until the center is just set. Allow to cool to room temp. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
