Suggest a better descriptionSpray saucepan with non stick, add beef and onion. Saute 5-7 mintues. Add 3 quarts water adn bring to a boil. Stir in celery, carrots,and mushrooms. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover partially, and simmer 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Stirring occassionally.
