Chicken with Cashew Curried Stir Fry Ingredients

3 tb Oil	1 lb Chicken breast, sliced
3 Cloves garlic, chopped fine	2 tb Fish sauce
1 tb Red curry paste	1/2 c Roasted cashew nuts.
1 tb Chili paste in bean oil	2 Stems green onions, sliced

Instructions for Chicken with Cashew Curried Stir Fry

Heat wok briefly. Add oil, coat sides of wok, then add garlic curry paste, and chili paste and cook until garlic starts to brown Add chicken and raise heat, and cook until chicken is done.
