Suggest a better description1. Melt 1 cup semi-sweet chips with peanut butter over hot water. Stir in sugar and egg and mix well. Stir in all remaining ingredients except butterscotch chips. Beat until smooth and creamy, about 2 mins. Stir in 1/2 cup butterscotch chips. 2. Pour into 9"x9" pan and sprinkle evenly with remaining chips (chocolate and butterscotch).
