Suggest a better description*washed, trimmed, grated or shredded, and squeezed dry in a dish towel. 1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees for 30 minutes for a pizza pan or 60 minutes for pizza tiles or stones. 2. Combine the zucchini, pesto, garlic, and mozzarella in a large bowl. Spread the mixture over the dough shell. 3. Bake in a preheated 500 degree F oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden. This pie is delicious hot or cold.
