In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Sautee garlic for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add the chicken and cook until white and well-done. Add the broccoli and stir until it is crisp-tender then add basil leaves, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Add the wine, then add chicken broth. Cook for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta and drain. Toss with the chicken mixture in the frying pan. Serve! Posted to JEWISH-FOOD digest V97 #336 by BNLImp

Vgreggs 1 year agoMighty tasty!!! My children and my husband really dislike broccoli, yet when I made THIS.... The pot was EMPTY!
Cappuccio 2 years agoA little bland, so I added fresh parmigiano reggiano cheese to the mixture. My family loved it.
alisonbarron 2 years agoI added minced onion and sautéed with the garlic and served it with shredded Parmesan cheese. Everything tastes better with cheese! But I thought the dish had good flavor.
crofterica 2 years agoI made this and couldn't help feeling that it was bland...it would be better with cream or an Alfredo sauce.

RKG1 5 years agoHad a good flavour but it was a little bland. No bow tie pasta on hand so I used shell and cooked it in my home made chicken broth. I think some mushrooms would go well in this dish.
