Bette's Blueberry Muffins Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix together the melted butter, milk and lightly beaten egg. Add the remaining ingredients and mix to combine, taking care not to overmix. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Excellent! I used 1 cup of sugar instead of 1/2 a cup splenda. The white choc chips are a great plus!!!

I substituted sugar for splenda, did not include chocolate chips, muffins came out perfect a golden brown, did not fall apart like some muffings do, I used fresh blueberries which added to the flavor, great recipe.
