Horseradish Cream Sauce

Horseradish cream sauce for corned beef. Awesome on lobster and crab too. Especially as a stone crab dipping sauce.

Ingredients
| 1/2 cupLight Mayonnaise |
| 1/2 cupHorseradish; prepared |
| 2 tablespoonDijon mustard |
| 1/8 teaspoonSugar |
| 1/4 teaspoonSalt |
| 1/4 teaspoonBlack pepper |
| 3/4 cupCream; approx |
Horseradish Cream Sauce Preparation
Combine all ingredients except the cream. Whisk together. Slowly whisk in cream until the consistency is right for the dish.
Notes
Because I always want to control the consistency of the sauce depending on the usage, I put the cream in last and just stop when I like the consistency.
