bradrivelli , 6 months agoAdded cream of celery and thickened chicken broth with wondra to thicken the whole mixture up. This made the the meal PERFECT for cooking dumpling on. I was completely satisfied. Great

Jbluedog274 , 11 months agoNot a big fan of the original recipe but I thought I would give it a shot. Definitely needs more seasoning as it is quite bland. Very easy though.

dkwlll , 1 years agoWow. This was a great surprise. We peppered it up a little more than the recipe and got some added kick. I would only simmer the chicken for about 40 minutes then finish cooking winkle boiling the dumplings
angelalaw , 1 years agoI would say this a great way to cook chicken and dumplings quick. I would say flavor was in issue. Luckily I read other reviews. Ousted 3 boullion cubes and 50% chicken stock and 50% water and I would say it stil lack. A little flavor. I agree with the author on extra dumplings I did not do that and I wish I would of. I have left overs frozen. And I know they will be good always better secon time around
