Anita's Sweet And Tangy Pork Chops Preparation
Pam spray a baking dish & lay in chops. Mix remaining ingredients
together & pour / spread on top. Bake at 350 deg. half hour or so,
uncovered.
This is really good with Jasmine Rice, flavored with Ginger and some
of the Orange Marmalade.
