Very good smokey flavored broccoli that goes great with steak or mexican foods.
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Mix oil, chili power, essence, and garlic in a small bowl. Coat the broccoli spears and place on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven until ends are crisp and brown and stalks tender. (About 20 minutes.)
