terrimac9026 ,I tried this and added medium enchladas sauce mixed with the chicken soup on the outside of the enchladas. This has become a family favorite.11y
mommieof2 ,Very good, cut the olives since my husband and son doesn't eat them. Next time I will add a little more of the soup mix to my chicken so that not quite half is spread across the top. Very yummy!11y
darrinc ,Excellent recipe. Easy to make and my kids loved it. I definitely use the rotisserie chicken and add extra spices like oregano or chili powder to spice it up.11y
pattyirl329 ,Really good! Although I thought I had cream of chicken soup and did not ! I used cream of onion and cream of cheddar soups! Added black pepper and cheddar, mont Jack and pepper jack cheese. And it tasted better second day! I11y
rotts4me ,Super easy to make and oh what a meal! I used 2 boneless, skinless breasts, omitted the olives and tried pickled jalapeno's instead of the chilies. It made 6 and we could only eat 2. Looking forward to seeing how much better they are the next day like the poster said.11y
robbgriffin ,This is a keeper. Followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great. May use a rotisserie chicken next time for more flavor.11y
lynnimel ,Because of all the comments about it being soupy, I did reduce the soup and a little bit more milk. Add spices to the chicken if u like11y
rachaelprouty ,These were very good. The whole family loved them and they were even good as leftovers!11y
amandad ,Instead of olivied and green chili i just used the regular chicken spices( thyme, oregno, etc) but my is it good!!!!!11y
arielasylum ,This recipe sounded delicious. I mixed diced tomatoes and green onion in with the chicken mixture... As well as some cheese.. Had four hungry guys in the house and out of sixteen enchilladas I had two leftover.11y
